Pricing - The prices quoted for goods and/or services within this site are subject to change without notice. No liability is accepted for price changes due to adverse market conditions, manufacturer or supplier concerns ( where 'concerns' refer to sudden changes in price and/or availability of any goods ). Prices quoted on the site may on occasion be out of date due to a lag in updating price lists. Rheel Electronics accepts no liability for out of date prices quoted on the site and reserves the right to supply at the up-dated price upon application for purchase of the goods.
Return Policy - All goods carry a 7-day right of return cash back warranty only. Rheel Electronics aims at all times to ensure that goods supplied meet the manufacturers specifications, and perform as such. Almost all products supplied by Rheel Electronics are warranted against defects by either suppliers to Rheel Electronics, the manufacturer (or both).
Software can only be returned if the packaging remains unopened, due to the policies of both software manufacturers and wholesalers/suppliers. Software which has been opened (ie. Seals broken or plastic ripped) can not be returned under any circumstances. This issue is beyond the control of Rheel Electronics.
Usually manufacturing defects are easily repaired, or the goods are completely replaced (at the discretion of the original supplier or the wholesaler; and as such are beyond the control of Rheel Electronics). Goods/Products which have been in any way tampered with may have their warranty voided by the supplier/manufacturer due to such tampering. This includes but is not limited to removal of any stickers/accessories/substances/components and the like, and/or application of any extra or surplus stickers/accessories/substances/components and the like. All warranties and/or warranty policies are supplier and/or manufacturer warranties and/or warranty policies and are out of the control of Rheel Electronics.
Warranties are allocated to each individual product sold by Rheel Electronics. The warranty is generally 12 months from the date of purchase unless the warranty term is marked otherwise. Some items like hard disk drives, monitors and memory often have much longer warranties. All warranties are return to base (Rheel Electronics office) at the customers cost unless the warranty is marked onsite.
All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee (20% of the purchase price of the applicable goods), when the goods being returned are not defective in any respect (ie. when the person/s or company that has purchased the goods have simply 'changed their mind').
Returned items can only be credited at Rheel Electronics current selling price.
Components which have been installed by the customer/client themselves are covered only by standard manufacturing warranties. Rheel Electronics accepts no liability for faulty goods which have been installed by the customer, even if the customer is a certified technician.
Rheel Electronics provides technical advice when requested, but in no respect warranties such advice. If components (goods) are purchased and subsequently found to be incompatible, and Rheel Electronics has not provided advice to the effect that said components (goods) would be compatible, the company (Rheel Electronics) accepts no liability whatsoever.
Goods that arrive at the shipping address damaged should be immediately repacked in the original packaging and promptly returned to the address supplied by Rheel Electronics representatives, when the representatives at Rheel Electronics are advised of the problem.
Sales Policy - All payments must be made in New Zealand Dollars. All Payments are "Cash in Advance"

Where the shipping (courier) company requires the customer/purchaser or an authorized person to be present at the shipping address to sign for goods, Rheel Electronics takes no responsibility for orders not received due to the absence of the customer/purchaser or an authorized person.
The shipping (courier) company must be contacted directly to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
Rheel Electronics accepts no responsibility for goods not received due to the supply of incorrect billing details.
At all times, however, Rheel Electronics will endeavour to ensure that goods are received by the customer/purchaser in perfect condition and when anticipated or advised. Problems are rare, and are usually resolved to the complete satisfaction of the customer/purchaser.
Actual products may differ slightly from any pictures/images presented. Product information is derived from the suppliers of Rheel Electronics, and the company takes no responsibility for errors in this information.
Shipping Policy - All postage & packaging charges are non-refundable. All orders that include goods temporarily unavailable or on backorder will not be shipped until the entire order is compiled, unless a request is made to ship those goods that are immediately available. Goods will generally be received between 1-3 working days after payment has been received and processed (once a cheque has cleared, for instance). Express delivery is possible, but will attract a surcharge. Stock temporarily unavailable or on backorder will of course be delayed, however the customer will be kept appraised of the situation through email at all times. Shipping is as follows
Within 24 Hours via preferred courier (additional charges apply) (assuming product is in stock)
Payments received before 2:00pm are sent on the same day. (assuming product is in stock)
Payments received after 2:00pm will be sent next business day. (assuming product is in stock)
Technical advice provided by Rheel Electronics or any employee is not warranted. The customer/site visitor accepts such advice completely at their own risk.
Title to the goods being purchased by the customer is retained by Rheel Electronics or the applicable wholesaler/supplier until such time as payment is received and title passes to the customer.
